Tooth preparation is extremely variable and is dependent upon the structural integrity of the tooth, functional concerns, tooth contour changes, gingival tissue manipulation, and the esthetic appearance of the prepared tooth.

Course fee: $199.00

Porcelain laminate veneers can be the most conservative, esthetic and permanent restorations the dental professional can provide to a patient. Too often, however, they are used as a panacea, which can lead to secondary problems or esthetic compromises. Accurate diagnosis and treatment planning is essential for predictable long-term esthetic outcomes.

In this course, Dr. Robert Winter will present optimal preparation design based on structural, functional and esthetic needs. Participants will learn how to select restorative materials based on structural and esthetic requirements, and how to develop knowledge regarding technical aspects involved in fabricating porcelain laminate veneers, in addition to the materials that can be utilized.
